Royal Mail is experiencing severe service disruption to their international export services following a cyber incident, As of 19 00 hrs GMT 13.01.23 they temporarily suspended all export services which means that we are not be able to generate any labels for items being exported therefore we are unable to dispatch order until they un-suspend their export services. for more information on this click here.

Royal Mail 1st class signed for - aim is 1 - 2 working days once shipped *

Royal Mail 2nd class signed for - aim is 2 - 3 working days once shipped *

Royal Mail Next working day delivery -  aim is next day delivery *(Must order before 12pm Monday - Thursday) *

Royal Mail Saturday delivery - aim is next day delivery for Saturday arrival *(Must order before 12pm Friday) *

All International orders will be sent International tracked & signed, International tracked or International signed with the Royal Mail depending on the destination.

Rest of the world: Royal Mails aim -  1-4 weeks*
